Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be provided for AOZO subscriptions and services. By using AOZO, you agree to this policy.
1. General Refund Policy
AOZO operates on a subscription-based model. Unless otherwise specified, all payments made for AOZO subscriptions, add-ons, or modules are non-refundable.
We encourage users to evaluate AOZO through demos or trial access before purchasing.
2. Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be considered ONLY in the following cases:
- If your payment was charged twice due to a technical error.
- If you were incorrectly billed for a plan you did not subscribe to.
- If you did not receive access to the service after successful payment, and the issue remained unresolved for more than 72 hours.
In all cases, AOZO reserves the right to evaluate the request and decide whether a refund is justified based on logs, billing records, and usage activity.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchasing a subscription
- Partial or unused duration of an active subscription
- Expectations not matching personal preferences
- Failure to use the product due to user-side technical issues
- Discounted, promotional, or special-offer subscriptions
- Cancellation requested after a billing cycle is already processed
4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your AOZO subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancelling your subscription will stop future renewals, but it will not entitle you to a refund for the current billing cycle.
5. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
